5. Listings Are Informational Only

The Service helps you discover family-friendly events, places, and classes. Listings are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Details can change, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Always confirm dates, times, prices, age ranges, safety rules, accessibility, and availability with the organizer or venue before attending. Your participation in any activity is at your own risk.

6. User Submissions

If you submit an event, place, class, image URL, or other information (a “Submission”), you represent and warrant that:

You have the right to provide the Submission (including any image URLs).
Your Submission does not include private child information or other sensitive personal data.
Your Submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/clarity), publish, and display your Submission in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

We may review, verify, edit, publish, reject, or remove Submissions at any time, and we do not guarantee that a Submission will be published.

7. Public Lists

Lists are private by default unless you choose to make them public. If you make a list public, anyone with the link may view it. You are responsible for list names, descriptions, and other content you add.

Do not include child names, school names, home addresses, private schedules, or other sensitive details in public list content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit private personal information about children.
Submit content you do not have permission to provide.
Post false, misleading, defamatory, unsafe, or unlawful content.
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Reverse engineer, scrape (beyond reasonable personal browsing), or interfere with the operation of the Service.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
