The Service is intended for parents and caregivers. Children may not create accounts or submit personal information through the Service. Do not submit child names, photos, school names, precise home location, or other sensitive child information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
The Service helps you discover family-friendly events, places, and classes. Listings are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Details can change, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Always confirm dates, times, prices, age ranges, safety rules, accessibility, and availability with the organizer or venue before attending. Your participation in any activity is at your own risk.
If you submit an event, place, class, image URL, or other information (a “Submission”), you represent and warrant that:
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/clarity), publish, and display your Submission in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
We may review, verify, edit, publish, reject, or remove Submissions at any time, and we do not guarantee that a Submission will be published.
Lists are private by default unless you choose to make them public. If you make a list public, anyone with the link may view it. You are responsible for list names, descriptions, and other content you add.
Do not include child names, school names, home addresses, private schedules, or other sensitive details in public list content.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services (for example, ticketing pages or venue sites). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
We may remove or edit content at any time. Organizers, venues, parents, and caregivers can request corrections or removal through our contact and corrections channel.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or the public.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your Submissions, including any violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
