For Providers

Play Map LA helps Los Angeles parents find kid-friendly classes, events, and places — with clear ages, neighborhoods, and links back to your official registration or ticket page. If you already run programs for young kids, a free listing puts your schedule in front of families who are actively looking.

New here? Submit your class, event, or place and we will review it for the map.

Why list on Play Map LA

• Parents search by age, neighborhood, and free vs paid — not only by brand name.
• Your listing deep-links to your site for signup; we do not replace your booking flow.
• Shareable badges and a text link make it easy to point families to your Play Map page.
• Corrections stay practical: send the Play Map URL and the official source when details change.

Your Play Map URL

Studios and multi-class providers get a dedicated page that lists your upcoming programs: https://playmapla.com/class-providers/YOUR-SLUG (slug format is name-slug-uuid). Find it from any of your class pages, or ask us via contact.

Single-class deep links use /classes/YOUR-SLUG; places use /places/YOUR-SLUG. Prefer the /class-providers/ URL when you want parents to see everything you offer.

How listings work

1. Submit via /submit with your official page, ages, neighborhood, and schedule basics.
2. We publish a structured listing — your provider page under /class-providers, plus individual /classes, /events, or /places entries parents can find in search and hubs.
3. You keep the source of truth on your site. Parents follow your link to register or buy tickets.
4. Optionally add a badge or text link on your Partners, Press, or Resources page so parents can see upcoming programs in one place.

Badges

Download a flat SVG badge and link it to your Play Map LA provider page (replace YOUR-SLUG with your /class-providers/ slug).

Embed HTML

Copy and paste this onto your site (update the href slug):

<a href="https://playmapla.com/class-providers/YOUR-SLUG?utm_source=provider&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=for_providers_badge&ref=playmapla"><img src="https://playmapla.com/badges/find-us-play-map-la.svg" alt="Find us on Play Map LA" width="176" height="54" /></a>

For the Featured badge, swap the image path to /badges/featured-on-play-map-la.svg and use alt text Featured on Play Map LA.

Suggested text link

Prefer a text link instead of a badge? Use copy like this:

See our upcoming classes on <a href="https://playmapla.com/class-providers/YOUR-SLUG?utm_source=provider&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=for_providers_badge&ref=playmapla">Play Map LA</a>.

Plain wording works too: “Find our classes on Play Map LA” or “See our upcoming events on Play Map LA,” linked to your /class-providers/ URL.

Schools & community resources

If you are a school or preschool looking for weekend family-resource links (not a provider listing), see /for-schools. Nonprofits, libraries, FRCs, and BIDs: see /for-community-organizations.
