Nikka Costa, daughter of legendary producer and arranger Don Costa, embodies the essence of music in her very being. With a string of critically acclaimed albums, beginning with her 2001 Virgin Records debut Everybody Got Their Something, Nikka emerged as a luminary in the “nu-soul” landscape, known for her signature blend of American soul, funk, and rock, a captivating fusion uniquely her own.
