This hands-on program introduces the Japanese craft of Shokuhin Sampuru, the art of creating realistic food replicas often displayed in restaurant windows. Participants learn about the history of these displays and make their own food replica using craft materials. For children ages 5 to 12 with a parent or caregiver.
