About This Event
Join Chef Jess Wang for a communal Chinese dessert tradition: preparing hand-rolled sticky rice dumplings! This cooking demo is a hands-on experience and will be followed by a yummy tasting of our creations! Learn about the symbolic significance of these delicious dumplings, and see how fruity and veggie QQ pearl dumplings are made! This is a gluten-free and vegan-friendly event for all ages. Limited to 20 participants, so please arrive early. This program was made possible with generous support from the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.
