Join us at Polliwog Park for a relaxing mom's only Breathwork Class! Safiya Valverde is a certified integrative breathwork instructor and mother based in Manhattan Beach, CA. Having mentored women using holistic practices like yoga, reiki, breathwork and meditation for the past seven years, she supports women and mothers with deep therapeutic work and healing tools so they can show up as the best version of themselves.
