While the Benjamin Franklin Branch Library is closed for construction, visit us across the street at the Boyle Heights City Hall for the Benjamin Franklin pop-up. At our pop-up you can: Have your library questions answered Get help downloading e-books and more Sign up for a library card Browse our mini book collection Print Enjoy library programs Return items and more This library event will not take place at the library, but will be held in the community room at the Boyle Heights City Hall at 2130 E 1st St. This is a partnership with Council District 14.
