They move through musical ideas like fast and slow, loud and soft — building something remarkable called audiation: the ability to think in music. This isn't just enrichment. Sequential, developmentally appropriate classes that create the young musician through movement and exploration. These classes promise a magical time full of singing, instrument playing, improvisation, dance and joy. These classes are the perfect introduction to the world of music (jazz, classical, latin, world music) and will prepare kids for success in group or private instrument lessons down the road! Your first class... Come early (especially if the new musician is young) to find your class, meet your new teacher and get acclimated to the space. Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move around in. PLEASE NOTE: Masks are currently optional for all indoor classes at Bloom. CLASS SIZE - If a music class has fewer students in it, each student will receive more personalized attention, learn more and have more fun. Our smaller class sizes make sure that no fundamental concepts are being missed. A smaller class size also allows our teachers to ensure that students are not developing bad habits or improper technique.
