This hour-long combination class will channel your child’s boundless energy through fun, imaginative and structured lesson plans that focuses both on gymnastics and sports skills. Your child will build physical skills while working on socialization, listening and following directions. In addition to learning gymnastics skills, this 60-minute class provides an introduction to fundamental sports skills with an emphasis on soccer, t-ball, basketball and ball handling activities that will set the stage for a future full of positive athletic experiences!
