At the Y, swimming is a life skill. Our swim lessons prepare parent and child to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong swimmers and be confident while swimming. In the parent and child swim program, swimmers will develop personal water safety and basic swimming skills to help child feel comfortable in water with parents guidance. Songs and games are used as the swimmers progresses, to begin to build confidence using an age-appropriate approach. *No class on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th, 2026.
