Water Lantern Festival at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area — design your floating lantern, enjoy food trucks and live music, then launch together after dusk. Tickets include a lantern kit, LED candle, and markers. Family-friendly: children under 8 get in free (no ticket required); ages 8+ need a ticket.
