Motherhood Wellness Fair and Mini Circuit Training workout

Come for a workout but stay to meet some other local moms and a number of local businesses that offer support throughout motherhood for us and our kiddos! At the event, mamas are welcome to sign up for a spot to do a quick workout! Throughout the event, Jorge from J7 fitness will be coaching moms through a circuit training workout that includes the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, etc and even our little ones, if you choose! Some of the vendors that will be there include New Mom School, a chiropractic doctor, a pediatrician, a nanny service, a therapist, a massage therapist, and a vendor with some yummy juices!
