Join the Master Food Preservers of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, for a hands on jams and jelly demonstration! Workshop includes the following: Prepare and sterilize canning jars and equipment properly. Preparing fruit for preservation Discuss and demonstrate pectin and non-pectin method of preservation. Process filled jars securely in a boiling water bath and steam canners Demonstrate shelf stable processes. Spots are limited! Preserve the flavors of summer and enjoy them all year long!
