Downtown Farmers Market Expansion & Book Signing

There's something extra special happening at the Downtown Farmers Market - on June 24, it will expand onto part of the 1300 block of the Promenade! Enjoy grab and go food options at two vendor pop-ups and check out community resource booths. Then, from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., the city and Barnes & Noble will host an outdoor book signing with chefs Nikki Hill and Claire Wadsworth, owners of the cult-favorite High Desert restaurant near Joshua Tree. They'll be signing copies of their debut cookbook, "La Copine - New California Cooking from an Oasis in the Desert."
