District 3 Summer 2026 Volunteer Internship Program Calling all students and parents! Do you know an incoming high school junior or senior who wants to get involved in the community this summer? Encourage them to apply for our 8-week volunteer internship program and gain hands-on experience in local government, community events, and research while representing Councilmember Duggan’s Office. Students can also earn service hours through this volunteer internship program. To apply, please submit a resume to district3@longbeach.gov Applications accepted until June 4, 2026
