Participants will be introduced to skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and introductory back walkover progressions. Each session will also include strength and conditioning, flexibility training, and drills that promote proper technique, balance, and body control. With a small group size of up to 7 participants, each athlete will receive individualized attention to support their skill development and confidence. This class is ideal for beginners or youth looking to build a strong foundation for cheerleading, gymnastics, or overall physical fitness.
